“Shut Up and Rawk” is a stellar display of fist pumping heavy rock guitars, sing-a-long choruses, and an overall vibe that is outright spiritually uplifting, honestly. Every song is loaded with catchy elements, as in choruses you can sing to, guitar rhythms worth banging your head to, and just going all out and feeling damn good about being a rock & roll maniac.

La Paz are good at mixing things up, sure the songs are powered by a rock solid rhythm section and lots of guitar solos, but they add in little bits here and there, like a harmonica solo on ‘Faith Hope And Love’. It gives the music longevity and I still play their last two albums regularly some years later.

Make sure it's in your diary, tell your friends and get ready to request your passes as soon as we put it up. Should be a great nite and we're all up for it since we haven't played together live in 2 years (so don't expect much!)

British band La Paz return this April with a brand new studio album entitled “Shut Up And Rawk!”.
Almost immediately after their previous offering, “The Dark And The Light” (2013) had been released, Chic McSherry and Doogie White started writing new material. A total of 17 ideas were demo’d with 11 of them finally being crafted into songs for a new album. Recording could only be done in stages because of other commitments, but in many ways that extra time allowed the songs to develop and mature into a very powerful rock album, entitled “Shut Up And Rawk!” which is due for a worldwide release by Metal Mind Productions On April, 8th 2016.
